This site presents DONUTS Talent and lets you read our Recipe Book and subscribe to our newsletter, Dish of the day. Here is what we do with your personal data, and nothing more.
Who is responsible
ICRC, which runs the DONUTS Talent brand, is the controller of the personal data collected on this site.

The newsletter
When you subscribe to Dish of the day, we record your email address, the language you chose, and the date and website of your signup, as proof of your consent. You first receive a confirmation email: unless you click its link, nothing else is sent to you.
Legal basis: your consent, which you withdraw at any time through the unsubscribe link in every email, or by writing to us.
- An unconfirmed request is deleted within 25 hours. To prevent abuse, the IP address of a request is kept in pseudonymised form (hashed with a secret key), deleted with it.
- Once subscribed, you stay subscribed until you unsubscribe. We then know whether our emails are opened and which links are clicked, to improve the newsletter.
- After you unsubscribe, we keep your address on an opt-out list, so that we never write to you again.
The bot check
The signup form in the footer uses Cloudflare Turnstile to check that a human is signing up. While the newsletter is open, this check loads with the form, on every page of the site: Cloudflare then processes your IP address and technical information about your browser, on the basis of our legitimate interest in protecting the form. Cloudflare may process this data outside the European Union, with the safeguards the GDPR provides for.
What stays in your browser
Your box, the talents picked in the window and your reading position when you switch languages are kept in your browser for the visit. Your answer to the cookie banner is kept there until you clear it. None of this is sent to us.
No analytics, no advertising
This site sets no analytics or advertising cookie, and does not track you from site to site. Our fonts are served by the site itself.
Like any web server, our hosts record technical logs (IP address, browser, date and page requested), for the security and proper running of the site. The Recipe Book's articles and their images are served by our content management system, run by ICRC.
Who receives your data
Only the people at ICRC who need it have access, and our technical providers, each for their own part: hosting the site and our content management system, sending the emails, and Cloudflare for the bot check. We neither sell nor transfer your data.
Your rights
You can access your data, have it corrected or erased, object to its processing or have it restricted, and ask for its portability. Write to us at the address below; we answer within one month.
If you believe your rights are not respected, you can complain to the CNIL, the French data protection authority (www.cnil.fr).
Security and updates
Your data is protected by appropriate technical and organisational measures: access limited to authorised people, encrypted connections, backups.
